Our facilities adhere to government standards and HACCP-based process guidelines. We are under the inspection of the State of California Department of Public Health (Food and Drug Branch), the FDA, County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health, and the USDA. In an attempt to exceed these standards, we also perform annual unannounced 3rd-party audits. Each of our products is lot traceable; data is stored in excess of 10 years. We have a quality assurance team on the floor at all times and we are constantly upgrading our sanitation program and safety measures.
